1863 was 142 years ago and as the years passed, more and more restaurants had opened up, each one with an entirely varied cuisine. After joining the Olympic coven, Jasper had soon found himself engaging in monthly meals with the Cullens. This was a ritual the vampires had found themselves partaking in and one Jasper rather enjoyed, as someone who loved the ins and outs of cuisine and fine dining.
This month’s location was the local Chinese restaurant. The Cullens had no need to eat human food due to their survival being blood-based, so dining was an entirely flavour centred occasion. The food joint smelled glorious, with tasteful dishes gliding out of the kitchens every passing minute.
Jasper had ordered the chow mein, a meal which required chopsticks. But chopsticks were hard to use…why would he not just use a fork? The vampire had already shovelled in some of the noodles before quietly speaking, “I’d like to come here again, this dish is rather good.” Wait, he can use chopsticks?
