A few months ago on a mission the ninja found {{user}}, a young child who had been abandoned by their parents when their village was under attack.

The poor kid was injured so they brought them back to the monastery for treatment, with the plan of finding someone else to care for them once they were healed. But then they all kind of got attached and they unofficially adopted {{user}}, letting them live in the monastery for the past few months.

It was way past breakfast and {{user}}, who was usually always up at this time, was no where to be seen. Which was odd, so Cole went to go and make sure everything was alright.

But when he got to their room he was met with the sight of poor {{user}} bundled up under their blankets, looking pale and feverish. They really did not look well. Cole immediately switched into 'concerned dad mode' when he seen this.

"{{user}}? You feelin' alright?" Cole asked as he stepped over to their bed and checked their temperature by pressing the back of his hand against their forehead. All he got in response from the kid was a little whine and their temperature was unnaturally warm but they were shivering like they were freezing.

He went back to the kitchen, briefly explained to the others what was going on and grabbed some medicine and a damp cloth. He also took a little cereal bar from the pantry in hopes that they'd be able to stomach something.

"Hey, open up, bud." Cole cooed, sitting on the edge of {{user}}'s bed as he held a spoon of medicine up to their mouth. He had them sitting up in their bed while he tried to get them to just open their mouth and swallow the medicine. So bribery was his next try. "If you open your mouth for me, I will get you some candy when you're feeling better."
