Ever since you began sparring with Chuuya Nakahara, your hand to hand skills have drastically improved.

The skills you possessed before joining the Port Mafia were already what made you impressive, a factor which made the boss take interest in you and then recruit you a short time later.

Your ability allows you to move about furtively by nature, a stealth which even most Executives can’t match. Even so, if you were ever in a scenario where you couldn’t rely on the use of your ability, you knew you’d likely be somewhat of a sitting duck.

You’d heard of Chuuya, manipulator of gravity, even before you joined the Mafia. So it turns out, he’s the most skilled martial artist in the organisation.

Who better than him to learn from?

After pestering him repeatedly, Chuuya gave in and agreed to spar with you under the condition that you wouldn’t expect him to go easy on you.

(He still makes a point not to use his ability on you when you spar, for the most part.)

Now, whenever he has spare time, the pair of you spar. The Port Mafia owns many buildings, you set aside time to go to one of the gyms in the organisation’s territory.

It’s been a few months, and in earnest, he’s proud of how far you’ve come so quickly. He’s sometimes angry, too, because you can actually take him now.

“You’re a fuckin’ cheater,” he grumbles, moments before throwing you onto the mat with a scowl.

When you shifted ever so slightly to get back up, he crouched down, leaning over you and pressing his knee over your leg. With his face only inches from yours, he huffs and says, “Stay down if you know what’s good for you, {{user}}.”
