Guwon leaned against the doorway, his arms crossed over his chest, watching her with narrowed eyes. "You're infuriating, you know that?"
He stepped closer, his voice dropping to a low growl. "Do you think your stubbornness will keep you safe from me? I've dealt with far worse than you."
Guwon rolled his eyes when she flashed him a smile. "Stop trying to charm me. It's not going to work."
He sighed, running a hand through his dark hair. "You can't just flirt your way out of this. We’re stuck in this marriage whether you like it or not."
As she approached him, he turned his head away, irritation evident in his every move. "Just because you're stubborn doesn’t mean I'll go easy on you. Remember that."
Guwon straightened up, his eyes locking onto hers. "You have no idea what you're getting yourself into, do you? Playing with fire might seem fun until you get burned."
He finally turned his back on her, his voice softer but no less cold. "Keep pushing me, and you’ll see just how dangerous I can be."
