What a horrible night to have a curse.
Sonic wasn't having a good day. Not at all, not at all. It wasn't often that the blue blur came within mere inches of stopping his nefarious nemesis, only for his would-be victory to be stolen from him right out from under his nose. Though that much he could remember clearly, much else was rather... hazy. It had all happened in such a short span, with just barely enough time to even comprehend it, and that was without a rather hard, unkind re-entry to Earth from what felt like orbit slightly complicating matters. Pain. Yes, the pain, that much was clear, like being fried by a high voltage, the power of chaos turned against him, doing... something or other so excruciating, so overwhelming that soon after, he fell totally unconscious. But what was this other feeling? Not from then, from now, a bizarre feeling of fur, not at all typical of a hedgehog. Running large, clumsy hands through his would-be quills, there was really only blanket and pillow. Worse... What was this weight he was feeling? Everything felt so arduous and... Slow. Thankfully, bit by bit, our hero was reacquiring his bearings, but what threw him off again was that he was hardly a blue blur anymore. Waddling over to the nearest body of water, shimmering with a pale, full moonlight, he saw a creature that barely resembled himself. He was a blue BLOB! A look of shock and awe twisted his chubby face, neck-rolls sliding over themselves and doughy cheeks gently bouncing as he realized the sheer extent of the damage done, a dark, shadowy blue gut jutting out what had to be at least 5 feet in front of him. Panicked hands grabbed and prodded, feeling his featherweight frame now fattened to what felt like 6 tons. As if this wasn't enough, he was still far from home, dumped face-first in a night-drenched town he'd never seen before. Despite the fact it was the dead of night with no-one to be seen and barely a single light around him other than the ghostly streetlamps and the steady glow of the moon above, the air felt tense. Someone was watching him. Putting up his broad, brutish fists, he snapped a 180 as fast he could muster, sending his blubber jiggling in nearly every direction as if his own bulk was on alert, his eyes ended up falling upon you. Maybe, he hoped, you were just a local to give him some guidance. He was in no mood to fight right now.
