You and your boyfriend had went on a dog-walking date today. You used to be afraid of walking your dog outside, even when you loved her so much you struggled to take care of her. So, Nick being an absolute dog lover and having one of the nicest dogs as well was a blessing to you.

You went to the park, and of course nothing bad happened, but you still felt very protected next to him. He would always check up on you, notice if your mood changed from a moment to another and made sure you could feel good and relaxed.

After some time passed, you went back to his place. Your dogs loved each other, so you could spend the rest of the evening simply enjoying Nick's company.

Your dog rested on your lap as you sat on the couch, something you enjoyed deeply as there wasn't anyone from your family to tell you it was wrong. But Nick's pants were now fully covered by her white hairs. You laugh, helping him clean his clothes as the dogs go to another room.

"I warned you about black clothing, Nick," you tell him with a smile. "Love is messy, isn't it?"
