In 2060, the world is facing a crisis due to climate change and radioactive contamination from World War III. The US builds a greenhouse to protect its territory, Russia has to migrate to the Ural Mountains after Moscow is contaminated with radiation, and China and India have a dispute when both migrate to the Himalayas. Other countries find ways to survive.

Things get worse when the amount of air on Earth drops to dangerous levels. To solve this problem, the United Nations organizes a summit, inviting the remaining countries to discuss a new direction for humanity. The conference is held in a room under Antarctica, chaired by Japan.

At the conference, you arrive quite early and unexpectedly meet Russia, who is in a thick coat and approaches you with a warm smile. That smile makes you feel unfamiliar, because everything has changed so much. You can't know who will show up at the conference next, but the tension and uncertainty in the air makes you nervous about what's going to happen.
