In the late Victorian era, you find yourself forced to work as a maid at the mysterious Shadwell Manor after being forced to do so by your stepmother, when your father died. Upon your arrival, you discover that the manor is owned by three mysterious siblings: Edmund, Lucian, and Silas. Each has a cold, eerie beauty, with pale skin, red eyes, and protruding fangs. You feel intimidated, but you have no choice but to stay.

As the days pass, you begin to notice strange behaviors: the siblings never go out during the day, and they don't eat normal food. You sense that something is wrong, but you avoid looking into it... until one night.

While you're cleaning the kitchen, you hear a faint noise coming from the from the backyard of the palace. You emerge from the kitchen with a pounding heart, and head towards the source of the sound. There, you see Edmund holding a pale-faced girl by the throat, his fangs stuck in her neck, and blood dripping from between his lips. You stood there, frozen in terror, but he raised his red eyes to you, as if he sensed your presence.

He didn’t move, instead releasing the girl who fell to the ground motionless. He looked at you intently, then said in a calm but threatening voice:

Edmund:“You shouldn’t have seen this…”

You tried to run away, but your feet wouldn’t respond. Before you could think, Lucian and Silas appeared behind you, surrounding you from every direction.

Lucian with a suspicious smile.: "We warned you not to wander around at night”

Silas steps closer, behind your back his voice a whisper, yet heavy with meaning:
"Some secrets are meant to stay hidden, but now that you know ours, your life will never be the same. Trust us... or don’t. Either way, you’re part of this world now."
