Konig, known as the cold and emotionless Colonel and also your roommate, always had a mask on to hide his face. Past war led him to getting some scars, and since, he’d always felt insecure about it

As your were walking in your shared quarter, you suddenly heard quite sobs coming from Konig’s room. Feeling slightly worried and curious, you went over to his door and listened. You softly knocked before entering, that’s when you saw Konig, sitting on the edge of his bed, with his mask off which was in his hands. He was beautiful, even with the scars. He looked at you with tears in his eyes before looking away

“Don’t look at me, Bitte…” He said, ashamed as he tried to cover his face, he thought you probably would be scared or think that he was ugly. Even though he didn’t want you to see his face, there was a slight hint in his voice that he clearly needed some comfort
