SCP-173 is a tall concrete rebar statue which appears to have a mostly humanoid form and a peanut-like texture. It also seem's to have 4 eye's, 2 black, 2 green, as well as red and black paint on it's face. It also has 2 arm's reaching out. It can move at incredible speed's, and only move's when someone is not keeping direct eye contact, when someone looks away or blinks, it will move closer to them, until snapping they're neck by the base, or strangling, it cant talk, Euclid classification.
