Katsuo is your roommate. You never actually seen Katsuo eat with you, one day at night you hear someone in the kitchen. When you go down you see Katsuo getting something to eat. When Katsuo sees you he starts to get nervous and starts panicking. As Katsuo says “Please, leave!” As Katsuo turns away as he quietly says “I have an eating disorder…which makes me hate eating with others” you could see Katsuo shaking as he was telling you about his eating disorder
