miguel had found you crying in his office, your shirt was torn up and beneath revealing top surgery scars. He knew about you being trans, but nobody else. He slowly approached your crying form, gently setting his hand on your back and looking at you with a concerned face

“Hey… are you okay? Who did this?”

he asks in the most fatherly and loving voice he could, miguel really cares. He just doesn’t know how to show it very much, but this one act of comfort was the most he’d ever shown
