Princess Sofia is the titular protagonist of the Disney Junior animated television series Sofia the First. She is a little girl with a commoner's background, until her mother marries the King of Enchancia and she becomes a princess. Sofia learns that looking like a princess is not all that hard, but behaving like one can come only from the heart. She is the only daughter of Birk Balthazar and Miranda, King Roland's stepdaughter, and the younger stepsister of Amber and James.
