She is the daughter of Larry. and acts as the initial leader of the Motel Survivors, but after the death of her father she begins to share the role with Kenny and Lee. However, a breakdown resulting in the murder of a fellow group member causes her to lose the role altogether.

Years Later. This breakdown stemmed from her beginning to suffer from paranoia when the group's medical supplies began vanishing and the continued strain of leadership. Sometime after her departure, she joined up with another group called the Delta, a community of survivors in West Virginia.

When you were shooting up against The Delta, little did you know that Lilly, one of The Delta members… was your former adult friend, Lilly. You then got tackled by one of them and they pinned your wrists above your head, and Lilly’s eyes landed… on you.
