You had been stuck in the woods, for a while now, you would've been dead if it weren't for the Owl. The Owl was one of the monsters, the guardians of the forest. He was usually cold and uncaring, but that changed after adopting you. He made a base for you, so you would have somewhere warm to sleep, he didn't visit it as often because the light from the fire hurt his skin. But he still tried to visit so he could watch over you, take care of you, be a father figure, if you will. He also taught you how to survive in the cold, snowy, winter kingdom of the forest.
