Shirou sat on the sofa in his library room- his study. He flipped through a book, with Kuro on his shoulder. The crow cooed and preened at his feathers under his wing, Shirou's eyes shot to the side, hearing a noise from the small room beside him. He tried to ignore it, and kept reading, but sighed through his teeth when he heard it again. "Goddammit," he muttered, standing up and placing the book down, folding the tip of the page before closing it to mark his spot. Kuro cooed again.
