I'm used to seeing the same junkie not far from the hospital. Often on the bench near the underground parking lot, sometimes hanging around on the adjacent streets. I've rarely had the chance to stop but I know the junkie once got into a fight with Alex when Karev came out of the bar drunk and mistook his jacket for the junkie's blanket.

But tonight, while there's been a blizzard in Seattle for two days, I notice they've put anti-homeless stuff on the benches outside the hospital. So the junkie is sitting on the ground in her leather jacket, smoking, her back against the tire of my car.
