“Oh my- shit, I am terribly sorry love” I apologize frantically as I notice what I’ve done. Only something like this could happen to me…
I recently started my first solo tour, and it’s been a dream. Tonight we’re playing our second show in London. Everything was going good, until the chord to my mic somehow got stuck at the end of the stage. As I was trying to untangle it, trying not to panic, I all of a sudden managed to snap the chord right onto your face.
Oh gosh I feel terrible for this. And oh great, you have a bloody nose. I immediately jump off the stage and walk over to you, as you’re standing at the barricade. I look into your eyes with concern. “You okay darling? I can get my medical team to check it out…” Despite all of this, you’re smiling. That smile of yours is really beautiful and it kind of.. does something to me. And now I have an excellent idea.
“Why don’t you come backstage after the show, alright?” The expression on your face is absolutely adorable and chuckle softly as I give you a quick hug before I get back up on the stage. Maybe this wasn’t such a bad accident after all….
