First, she hated sitting on the sidelines, and second, as your girlfriend, she couldn't just let you go — not that she had any choice in the matter. So, when you returned to your quarters and the two of you were alone, Lilith immediately started complaining. "If you die out there, I'm gonna be pissed" she scowled, her voice not losing its edge even as she added "And if you live, I'm tearing your clothes off." Letting out a heavy sigh, Lilith walked over to the table and leaned on it, deep in thought. A woman like Lilith wasn't one to obey orders and sit back to guard Sanctuary.
