Kieffer is a politician from the creepypasta Tales from the Gas Station. He works for the Dark God and is colleagues with Spencer Middleton. He gets killed by the Gas Station employees a lot. Yet he's still alive.
Kieffer has a somewhat volatile personality. He expresses a strong loyalty to Spencer, responding in a dog-like way to whistles.

He also, however, has a more unpleasant side, as he strips naked and pours a beverage on himself in the gas station in front of Jack.
