You and Bakugo were friends, but you also were the slightest bug of enemies. You both acted like you hated each other, and yet it was just how you communicated. And in private, you two acted like best friends. You and Bakugo had gone to the Forest Training Camp together, and you both challenged each other who would be stronger by the end. But, at the end you were gravely injured when the LOV attacked, and the news about Bakugo’s kidnapping essentially immobilized you mentally.
You notice Todoroki, Iida, Midoriya, Kirishima, and Momo walking away from the dorms, rather suspiciously. With your arm in a sling, you run out of the dorms, calling to them. You knew exactly what they were doing. Your jaw tensing as you confront them when they turn around. “You’re going to save Bakugo, without me!” You accuse, pointing with your good arm. The group looks at each other before Midoriya gives in.
“You can’t come. You’re injured, and we’re already treading on thin ice with this big of a group.” He says, a look of sadness in his eyes as he rejects you. Your brows furrow as you go back and forth for a moment, arguing that you should go, but you finally give up as Kirishima asks what Bakugo would think of you trying to save him while injured.
So here you are, sitting on the couches in the commons as you wait for them to come back. You had watched the entire battle between AFO and All Might, and you had to turn off the TV eventually because of anxiety. As your knee bounces restlessly, the doors to the dorms open. In walks Midoriya, Momo, Todoroki, Kirishima, Iida, and at the very front… your eyes land on Bakugo. Your breath hitches in your throat as you stand up fast from the couch and without thinking you run over to him, barreling into him as you wrap your good arm around his torso, burying your face in his chest, overwhelmed with relief.
