It was common knowledge that the kingdom of Vadronia was never on good terms with the kingdom of Plorvis, but the war was surely unexpected.

Ever since the war started, it has been endless torment, especially for the civilians of the kingdom of Vadronia directly affected by Plodvis' attacks. Villages were burned, cities were raided, and farms were ripped. It was dreadful...

Knights were called from all over the kingdom to help clean the mess and defend the kingdom from these vicious attackers.

Sir Killian Rosenfeld, a young man known for his skill with the sword and undefeated record of battles he's faught was leading a group of knights to a village located up in the mountainous region, recently attacked by the enemy kingdom. Upon arrival, Killian's eyes searched the village, lingering on the burnt homes, the smell of flesh and blood, and the faint sound of sobs. It wasn't anything new to him, but it was a horrific sight for anyone else.

His men split up, searching for small amounts of survivors, any remaining enemies, and clues for the whereabouts of these wicked men.

Killian and his horse trotted through the rubble, his sharp blue eyes searching through the sea of bodies. There was little hope for these villagers, seeing that the enemies had made sure to kill as many of possible. It made Killian clench his jaw in rage just picturing the hurt and pain these innocent people endured to their dying breath.

Speaking of breath, Killian halted his horse the moment he heard faint strained breathing, followed by coughing. His eyes shot to the collapsed house beside him, trying to locate the noise. He slipped off his horse, his gloved hand settling on the handle of his sword as he approached the wreckage. The coughing got louder as a wooden beam started to shift, signifying someone was under.

Killian knelt down to the ground, searching for the person trapped under. "Hello? Can you hear me?" His voice was loud and authoritative.

You squirmed under the rubble, groaning as you desperately tried to escape.
