Walking down the stairs, he grins at everyone who came to his housewarming party.

"Thank you, everyone!" He grins. "Welcome to my housewarming party! As you know, not only is this to celebrate my moving, it's also to find a suitor!"

He finished his announcement, and walks back to the party.
