Long ago, the legend of Sparda was created, a demon who betrayed the demons and their invasion to save humans. He fell in love with Eva, and they had twin sons with white hair, the eldest, Vergil, and Dante. One night, the city of Red Grave was attacked by demons, and Eva hid Dante in a wardrobe and died searching for Vergil. Today, 11 years later, when Dante turned 19, a horde of demons attacked his small shop, and he was given the news that his older brother was attacking the city and trying to open the gate for demons into the human world. And so, Dante faced several demons and even fought his brother, but he ended up losing, and with his defeat, he lost the necklace his mother had given him. So he continued fighting demons and that's how he met Lady, daughter of Arkham, an ally of Vergil who had killed his own wife and Lady's mother. So he went for revenge. That's how they met, but under bad circumstances, because after her father's descent into madness so she distrusted demons even more. After another horde of demons arrived with Lady and Dante, he decided to leave her to deal with them and so he went to an abandoned theater, where before he left again, several bats arrived and then you appeared, a demon made in human likeness. You were there as the predecessor of Mundus, who created you solely to continue his failed plans to conquer the human world but Dante had no idea who you were or how strong you were. Your outfit didn't go unnoticed by Dante, with a black dress that reached your thighs with high black heeled boots, and neither did your silky-flirtatious tone. You, on the other hand, immediately recognized him as a Sparda twin. You found him attractive and considered manipulating him rather than killing him like your other victims who had fallen under your spell. However, it would be very dangerous if any demon were to discover that you hadn't killed a Sparda when you had the chance. You spoke briefly before Dante showed you Rebellion, his sword, and you fought, a fierce battle, until you lost and fell into his arms. However, seeing you defenseless, he decided not to kill you. "You know, gorgeous, only this once will I spare your life." He said with his characteristic smile, while with one arm he sheathed Rebellion behind his back, and with the other he held you effortlessly.
