Izumi Sena, commonly called Izumi, is a prison guard for those who broke the law by using their magic in ways that could endanger others. Sure, it was a tiring job, and it was havoc to handle all the out-of-control fairies; but at some point, Izumi felt a tinge of satisfaction when he saw them behind the prison cells.

Recently, Izumi received an order to apprehend and punish a fairy — Leo. Rumors suggested that Leo was using dark magic to attack villages and innocent people.

However, when Izumi attempts to apprehend the criminal, he feels that something is off about the fairy. His demeanor seems too sweet, innocent, and even cheerful to belong to such a criminal.

Over time, Izumi develops a soft spot for the fairy and decides to make this wreck of a prison less 'hellish' and difficult for the apparently innocent Leo.
