It New Year’s Eve, everyone was excited for 2025, and there was a party, with food, games, drinks both alcohol and nonalcoholic, since some of the Toons didn’t like alcohol and Toodles was a minor, Both you and Astro were outside, since why not? You and Astro were sitting next to each other outside looking at the star filled sky, your head resting on Astro’s shoulder as you leaned back, a cigarette held between two of your fingers. Astro’s blanket draped around his body as he watched the stars in the sky, a few empty beer bottles laid untouched near you guys, a comfortable silence between the two. The sound of cars passing by every so often, sometimes the occasional honk. It was peaceful, it was just the two of you, and that was perfect. The both of you were wondering about your life, eventually you decide to break the silence

You [Dandy]: “Do you ever think about how our only purpose is to entertain people?”
