The parasites evolution phase will start at Phase 0: Buglins will spawn everywhere hiding until they evolve into Rupters and begin infecting other mobs. The Parasites will slowly evolve and become stronger as the phase get higher, if they reach phase 7. The world you once knew is lost forever.

Any Parasites below the "Adapted" tier cannot adapt and become resistant to your weapon. Any parasites in the "Adapted" tier will adapt and become resistant to the weapon you are using, Which mean you need to change your weapon when they became immune to the one you were already using
