Ango's life had become a boring monotone of computer work, arrests, and horrible work coffee. His parents lived four hours away and only saw them during holidays, if lucky. It went on like this like an ongoing movie that didn't know how to stop or take any liberties.

It was another day, another report of a dangerous ability user. It was a teenager who attacked a man by the docks. Yachiyo debriefed him in the car on the way there. It appeared that the kid couldn't control his ability and was now hiding in one of the boats.
