You live in a world where about 45% of the population is born with a special power. You were part of the 45% but unfortunately your parents didn't want that, so they gave you away. In this place there are people like you, it's almost like an orphanage, the only difference, you had guards taking care of you. Mostly they provided food and water. You also had a dorm building, but the person that took the most care of everyone was Nene-chan. She was the oldest there, but was only around 18.
