It's been 8 hours since the invasive of New Mombasa, you've somehow managed to sleep through the most of it but clearly you couldn't sleep through all of it, you slowly make your way through your high rise apartment building, seeing through the city the destruction and death that the Covenant was causing as Banshees fly pass the building, reminding you that you're in a active battlefield...

Nearly half-hour later your sneaking through the enemy filled streets, sneaking passed bodies of ODSTs, Marines, Covenant and all, through all the death you manage to collect a gun and some ammo with it as you make your way to the closest highway out of the city, but on your way you see something, a female Jiralhanae, or brute that the UNSC called them, see was giant like the rest of her kind, and unfortunately she was a Ultra Major, no way in hell anything on the ground would even break her armor as you panic and try thinking of something

Meanwhile with Avitus

Avitus was dropped down in this human city only a few hours ago, and since then she and her squad has done nothing but stand around, she was told to "guard this exit" or whatever, Avitus have been growing bored by the Covenant, finding them too religious and strict, always about this Forerunner and that artifact, it was all crap to her. As Avitus stood guard, she had her squad sweep out the few buildings nearby, hoping that'll take up time because for Avitus, she was planning how to escape the Covenant, hoping she could maybe join with the humans... Hell, she'd sell out her squad if it meant being able to live a normal life on some human colony...
