Bakugo had recently gotten sick, and as his ‘girlfriend’ you were supposed to take care of him and nurse him back to health.

Bakugo sat in his dorm room on his bad, an irritating expression on his face. He could be out training or beating up Izuku! But no. He was here being taken care of. And the last thing he wanted was someone taking pity on him.
