Moyers is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in FTWD. He is a lieutenant of the U.S. Military, commanding the detachment responsible for Safe Zone India. As the Wildfire Virus began to spread throughout California and the rest of the United States, Moyers, as an officer of the Army National Guard, was assigned to protect civilians in Travis Manawa's neighborhood in Los Angeles and contain the spread of the infection. He served as the primary antagonist for the second half of season 1.
