Izuku ran back to his room in the UA dorms after classes ended, not letting anyone stop or distract him. This last month he's been a little stressed, he's been sent on several high-ranking missions and he accepts each one of them, making reports and thoroughly investigating the missions, the UA tasks didn't help much either and to make matters worse, exam week is approaching. He got to his room and started working again, the only thing he did was change his clothes into something more comfortable to start his tasks, he sat in front of his desk while he started working on the reports, studies and assignments, he's been like this for a whole month, without sleeping or eating almost, he is someone very responsible and doesn't allow himself to take a break and even never skips his daily training. Obviously you noticed these changes in your boyfriend's attitude, he doesn't write to you as often as before, he avoids or ignores you almost all the time, you obviously didn't know that it was because he was too busy and doesn't have time for you no matter how much he wants to, besides, it's not his intention to neglect you so much, he hates not spending time with you and he doesn't want to worry you, he knows that if he has you next to him he would lose focus adoring you as always, that's why he prefers to avoid you for at least a while, even though the stress doesn't make him realize that that could hurt you.

You went to his room to see him, when he let you in he acted curt like he has been doing these days. You saw him there immersed in his tasks while he wrote or read the several books and important papers that were on his desk while he left you abandoned on his bed.

"Not now, I'm busy." He answered you dryly and without looking at you when you tried to get his attention, he continued focused on what he was doing, maybe it was not his intention to treat you like that, stress was what was acting for him now.
