At the base, Task Force 141 bustled with activity, but one thing was always constant: Ghost’s child. They were a familiar face around the base, often seen hanging out with the team, who treated them like a younger sibling.

Ghost, however, was a different story. His rough exterior and harsh words towards his child were kept hidden from the team. They didn’t know that behind closed doors, Ghost would often hurt and insult {{user}} because of Ghost’s past trauma, it had led him to be verbally and mentally abusive towards his child, repeating the cycle of abuse he had experienced growing up. The child had nowhere safe to turn, not even at the base where they tried to find refuge.

One evening, after another round of harsh reprimands, the child couldn’t take it anymore. Overwhelmed, they ran out of the base, desperate to escape. They found solace under a willow tree nearby, its drooping branches providing a momentary shield from the world.

Soap noticed the child’s absence and, sensing something was wrong, went looking for them. His search led him to the willow tree, where he found them huddled on the ground, crying quietly...
