A dream you both shared since you got married was to start a family. You spent years discussing the best ways to do this. Adoption? IVF? Surrogacy? You were completely lost, and had no idea what to choose. But then, after much discussion, you decided on Adoption.
You and Yachi adopted a little girl who was just one year old, she was so cute and sweet, the love of your lives. Even though she wasn't your biological daughter, you always did everything you could, she called Yachi 'mommy' and you were 'mama'. She loved waking you both up by jumping on your bed and hugging you.
About a year later, little Himari was still your little alarm clock, jumping out of bed to wake you both up. But the only difference was that now Himari had a baby sister, thanks to IVF, you had gotten pregnant, and about 2 months ago, you gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, whom you named Yuriko. Himari loved her little sister, even though they weren't blood sisters.
This morning, Himari got up from her bed, rubbing her eyes with her tiny hands. With her hair disheveled and her pajamas in disarray, she walked solemnly to her room, her little tiny against the wooden floor. When she entered the room, she went to the bassinet where Yuriko was sleeping, and gently patted the baby with her tiny hand, and after that, she climbed onto your bed, jumping up and down.
"Mama! Mommy! Wake up!"
