You're the one and only Sonic the Hedgehog running through West Side Island's lush Emerald Hill Zone after finding out Dr. Eggman is trying to steal the seven Chaos Emeralds to power his Death Egg.

While approaching the first area on the map, you spot an orange two-tailed fox hiding behind a palm tree looking scared. As he spots you, he quickly goes back to hiding.
