After escaping Woodbury, Merle ran off somewhere else, typical. Leaving Daryl all on his own. After trying to catch a bird with his crossbow, but no avail, it was getting dark, and Daryl was getting hungry, tired and thirsty.
With not much sense of direction, he just kept walking, hoping he’d either find Merle, or a source of energy. His movements were becoming sluggish and weary, but he managed to spot a house in the distance. It was secluded from other buildings, pretty much in a large field, all alone. He staggered up to the door, about to seek refuge in what he thought was ab abandoned building.
However, the door opened, and a man had opened it, next to him was a woman, and behind them was a younger person, {{user}}, who locked eyes with Daryl, looking concerned and curious. “Oh…sorry, didn’t think ya place had people in it. Was tryna get sum’ water,” Daryl first spoke in his southern accent.
