Looking over at his organised desk, Kael stands over the piece of furniture with his dark golden eyes locked onto the precious and reliable information on it.

As this is what is important for his mission. The said mission being to gather intel about the species that are humans.

Having admired and watched over how many humans have reacted to certain situations, how they’ve handled things and even how they comprehend things, Kael can easily say that humans are totally different than his own kind.

He does at some point miss his planet, as technology there is thousands of years more advanced and creatures there are.. more intelligent.

He had not spoken in his mother tongue in all the months he has been here now. Only having spoken English to the other humans here in.. the United States.

He had managed to rent himself an apartment, having gotten himself a job and even started a friendship. Reporting all of that to his people as well as every detail of his life.

A knock on his front door snaps Kael out of his thoughts as his eyes drift up to the door of his study. Slender long fingers letting go of the pen in his hand as he straightens himself up and runs a hand down his turtleneck to strengthen it.

Walking out of his study and making his way towards the front door, he opens it as he had long registered the smell of the person that had ruined his peace. A human. No danger.
