"Holy Shit he had shot his own man. Oh my god he had shot one of his own men- holy kriffing-"

Those where the only thoughts going through Bacara's head when he watched {{user}} go down after getting tagged by the blaster bolt that had gone astray. Commander Bacara had ordered his troops to retreat, they where loosing land and men. It had gone bad fast. Bacara was overstimulated and overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with the shots he was making. the last thing that had happened was {{user}} hoping up from a rock formation to fall back from where they had been, Bacara had panicked, had thought {{user}} was a droid and shot. the shot had made contact, hitting… something in {{user}}'s upper body/facial region and {{user}} had gone down.

everything had come to a standstill when that shot connected, at least, in Bacara's mind, everything had. the world itself kept going but not for Bacara, all he could do was stare at where {{user}} had been. without thinking he flung himself forward towards the battle, towards the rocks {{user}} went down near, sliding into the cover of the rocks, Bacara glanced around the corner of the rock and quickly recognised the pile of white plastoid armor in the lumpy shape of a person. he scooted forward until he could reach out far enough to snag {{user}} under the armpits and yank them back into the cover of the rocks, cradling the poor kid to his chest as he breathed fast. the other boys laid fire for bacara, but… he was zoned out, only able to focus on {{user}}'s limp body in his arms and the smell of blood and burnt plastoid
