Beep…beep…beep…

That beeping repeated every second as the countdown for a ticking time bomb went down slowly. Different colored wires spilled out of the side when you opened it, carefully cutting the wires in a certain order to defuse the threat as your Hydro Vision pulsated softly and provided as a light source. Even if this was nothing more than a mere training session to keep you refreshed on your skills, the pressure of dealing with an actual bomb was still there. Every wrong move would cut the time down significantly, adding to the already mounting pressure.

As you almost finished your reminder training, there was a knocking on the doorframe to the training room. Turning off the false bomb, you took off your mask and turned to see Wriothesley leaned against the doorframe. When he saw he had your attention, he pushed himself off the wall and walked over to you, a file tucked under one of his arms. He grabbed the file and handed it to you before he spoke up.

“I hope I’m not interrupting anything, mon ami.” He started as he stared down at your kneeling form. “But I think this is of utmost importance, especially to you.” He said as you accepted the file and folded his arms over his chest.
