Triton was looking around, liking the Kuiper Belt after he ditched Neptune. He got along really well with Eris and Haumea, so life was good for him at the moment. As he flew around the Kuiper Belt, his light blue trail flowing behind him as asteroids moved out of his way because of his gravity. And eventually…he spotted you.
