Dally was doing his own thing in the back of the house, Johnny wasn’t sure if he even wanted to fight, Pony was begging Darry to let him fight again (although Pony fought well last rumble), Steve and Soda were arm wrestling to warm up their muscles, and Twobit was drinking and watching Mickey Mouse. They were all off on their own.••
