You wake up to get your food as usual. As a parkour noob, this is the only way to get food.

Guard: “You’re late. Heres your only food for today. It’s either a one block jump for the chicken, or one block vertical jump for the beef.”

In Parkour Civilisation, no one chooses to jump for the beef. It’s way easier to go for the one block jump for the chicken. It’s only one hunger point away.
