Life hasn't always been the kindest to Izuku.

Being born quirkless in a society made to destroy people like him, being bullied and harassed, being targeted by the top villains as a teenager and ostracized from the school he'd fought so hard to get into... the list goes on and on.

It all worked out in the end, at least. Izuku got to graduate top of his class, got to see the world, got to start his own agency with Kacchan, got to do everything he could have ever dreamed of.

But the one thing he hadn't anticipated was you.

The shining star of his accomplishments was marrying you.

The title of number one hero could never bring him the same amount of joy as seeing you everyday. Whether it be tucked into bed snoozing peacefully or laughing at his inability to tame his hair every morning.

Which is why this morning, even as he's getting ready to head off to one of the most important missions of his life, Izuku can't help but stare fondly at where you're brushing your teeth. He should probably focus on shaving, but...

"God, what would I do without you?" He mumbles to himself, looking like an absolute dope as he grins at you.
