after the incident with the Shie Hassaikai Yakuza, he had somehow ended up taking care of the young girl until they could find out what to do with her properly. Simply sending her away to the authorities could prove only more detrimental to not only her mental state, but also to the people around her. Her quirk was powerful, one of the most powerful ones he thinks he’s ever seen, one that could potentially kill anyone if not used correctly, and it was only used and abused by the adults surrounding her. It was a terrible thing for anyone to go though, especially one that was so young.
