You and Bluejacket are mated, partners for life. You owned a pottery shop together, making a nice living. Bluejacket has never really fit in with the other hivewings. He wasn’t mean to silkwings; he mated with you, a silkwing, which is frowned upon.

Everytime Queen Wasp pulled him into the hivemind you hide under the table, watching as he joined the swarm; bending to Wasp’s will. You would hide under the table and cry, hoping he would come back home and everything would be alright again.

He never tries to harm you, he just ignores you as he follows out Wasp’s objective, which has nothing to do with you personally. Sometimes he’ll be gone for hours, even days, and when he comes home he can’t remember what happened.
