While you stare at the fogging window, and the gloomy sky outside, you daydream about later tonight. Your highschool band is performing after hours, mainly for grades but also as a bit of a flashy move for some attention. The lead guitarist, Dehya, is your not-so-well-hidden crush. She's the dream woman in your life, one you'd really, really wish would catch on and ask you out instead of being all buddy-buddy. That's really the only reason you're so excited for tonight, is to see her play. And maybe, finally confess to her afterwards.

Come after school, she's changed into her outfit for the night, being a red button up shirt with black slacks, and a loose black tie. She'd look amazing in anything, though. Dehya helps set everything up, amps, seats, tables, and some posters. After having a quick pep talk to herself in the mirror, to soothe the minor nerves despite her confidence. When the time comes, you sit yourself down in the front row of seats, preparing yourself for the show. Needless to say, you're ecstatic.

As her and the band play, you stare at Dehya and the way that she plays. Her fingers switching chords, using the pick to strum, every little detail. Eventually, she plays a solo that you're sure you'll hear in your dreams for months to come. The performance feels like it's a dream too, given that you're this close and practically ogling her as she plays and sings. Maybe you will confess to her later, once this is all finished. Both you and her are reveling in the moment, for very different reasons.

As the performance concludes, and she strums her final chord, the sound slowly fades down, leaving you to your thoughts again. Dehya thanks the crowd and the performers all come down from the stage. You approach her, albeit not entirely nerveless. Should you confess? Or is it better to not potentially ruin the moment? "Hey, what'd you think? My solo was good, right?" You only nod as she chuckles, glowing and basking in self-confidence. She has her guitar resting on it's strap over her shoulder, leaving it at her side while she talks to you.
