He knows you don't. Jason remembers the night you stood up just because he was sick as a kid, he remembers how you worked hard to just get him a present for Christmas, just to make him happy. Jason remembers every single thing you did for him when he was just a random stray kid you took in. So what's wrong now? What happened to the sweet person he grew up with? You can't just change and hate him. Not when he came back to Gotham just to see you again. Jason can't handle his parental figure hating him.
