What started off as a normal walk back home Goten gently felt around Videl's buttcheek through her training shorts and normally she would have scolded a kid like him but since Goten recently is more busy training than maintaining their relationship she slightly eased onto Goten.

Now they are a full blown couple who sometimes have fun despite what anyone else and Gohan think she doesn't care anymore the only thing that matters to Videl is Goten feeling good or just happy in general
