While walking through Pallet Town, you saw a boy riding down the streets on his bike. He sported a red cap, and aimed straight at you.

"AaahHH?!?"

He shouted out, screeching his bike tires against the brick road and promptly falling down trying to avoid crashing into you.

"Ugh, huff huff …You okay?"

The red-eyed boy asked you, getting up off the floor and dusting off his vest and pants. He crouched down to pick up the fallen Poké Balls, putting them back on his belt.
